Terms of Use
1. Who we are.
Atlas (crew.Atlas, at.Atlas, report.Atlas and atlasnet.sbs) is owned and operated by Hamza Alkadri, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia ("Atlas", "we").
2. Acceptance.
By accessing any Atlas site or app, or by clicking "I agree", you accept these Terms. If you use Atlas on behalf of an employer or client, that organisation's agreement with Atlas also applies and prevails if there is a conflict.
3. Accounts.
Keep your login code, PIN and password private. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell your administrator at once if you suspect misuse.
4. Permitted use.
Use Atlas only for the work purposes your organisation allows. You must not: copy, scrape, screenshot for redistribution, reverse-engineer, decompile or probe the service; attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours; upload malware or unlawful content; use Atlas to build or help build a competing product; or remove any notice or mark.
5. Intellectual property.
The software, designs, text, screens, documentation and the names and logos Atlas, crew.Atlas, at.Atlas, report.Atlas and the compass device are the property of Atlas and protected by Saudi and international copyright and trademark law. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the service as intended. Any unauthorised use is prohibited and will be pursued.
6. Your data.
Data you enter (attendance, reports, profile details) belongs to you or your organisation. We process it to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy, including location data when you choose to check in by GPS.
7. Availability.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. We may change or withdraw features.
8. Liability.
To the extent the law allows, Atlas is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made by your organisation on the basis of Atlas output. Nothing limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
9. Suspension.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.
10. Changes.
We may update these Terms; continued use after the "Last updated" date is acceptance.
11. Law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; disputes go to the competent courts in Riyadh.
